Hi! I'm Kay, a business owner and a stay at home mom living in Texas. I am married to my best friend, and we have two kids, a teen and a tween.
I found my husband later in life and am an older mom! There seems to less out there to help older moms with their teens and tweens and anyone who has been there knows we need that!
I am here to help moms find energy, sleep, less toxins, raise their teens and do all the things!
