First day of the month. I love the beginning of the month. All shiny and sparkly and waiting for you to do something with it.
One of my goals for the year – with this blog, and however I can, was to spread some joy. Be sunshine. I think we can all use it. The blog today will be short and sweet, but I want you to read this part over several times.

Today
I want you to think about
All that you are
Instead of all you are not

Read it again.

We are so used to comparing ourselves to others. Those people we THINK are doing better than us (making more money, happier marriage, smarter kids, etc). Comparison is the stealer of joy. It is a very easy trap to fall into. And the brain is a funny thing. The more you speak bad about yourself, the more you believe it.

So. Here are 5 things to remember today:

You are valuable
You are enough
You have a voice
You are seen
You are capable

And spread that truth around. Be the light and the joy. People need it now more than ever!

Meet Kay Page

Hi! I’m Kay Page. I’m a mom to two kids and I live in Austin, Texas.

In 2014 I was looking for something to support my son Grayson with his respiratory system. It was such a helpless feeling to watch him at night as he struggled to rest. I felt so scared and frustrated.

My friend, Gretchen, shared with me the success she was having with her son using essential oils. We tried it with Grayson and my husband and I were really impressed with the results. It was such a relief to see him breathing easier.
I cannot imagine our lives without Young Living now. They have been life changing!

Gretchen had added me to a Facebook group where they discussed how by sharing oils with friends I could earn some extra money. It was not a lot at first, but nothing to sneeze at! I replaced our old leather couch with my first big check!
With this business, I am contributing to our family’s financial goals AND getting to stay home with my kids. I am working towards retirement for my husband and I am helping others achieve their goals. I LOVE IT!
